Spicy Venison Marinade
This is excellent for chops, liver or rump steaks – especially for barbecues as it has a more robust, ‘peasanty’ feel for al-fresco meals.
Ingredients
1 dessert spoon tomato puree
1 dessert spoon soy sauce
1 level teaspoon dry mustard powder
1 teaspoon brown sugar
